Typed letter from the War Department, Washington DC and signed by Secretary of War, Henry L. Stimson. Letter indicates that the War Department would be happy to obtain a factual motion picture that clearly presents the conditions in Hawaii prior to the attack by Japan on December 7th and as well as the present conditions there.
A large "V" shadow over the letter. |
