Description: JUNE 1980 APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET OF COLOR 16MM FILM. RUN TIME: 2:58. FOOTAGE BEGINS WITH A JAZZ FUNERAL PROCESSION IN AN AISLE IN A CEMETERY TENTATIVELY IDENTIFIED AS ST. LOUIS NO. 2 BECAUSE OF THE PROXIMITY OF A DOUBLE SMOKESTACK SEEN IN THE BACKGROUND. A GRAND MARSHAL WEARING THE SASH OF THE ZULU SOCIAL AID & PLEASURE CLUB LEADS THE BRASS BAND IN A PROCESSION AND OTHER ZULU CLUB MEMBERS WEARING GOLD JACKETS ARE ALSO SEEN. THE GROUP, INCLUDING CLERGY, GATHER OVER THE CASKET AT A GRAVESITE AND A SERVICE IS PERFORMED. THE FUNERAL THEN EXITS THE CEMETERY AND TO THE STREET WHERE A SECONDLINE PARADE ENSUES.
