Description: NEWSFEED: WINTER 03, SNOWY WASHINGTON D.C., EAST COAST BLIZZARD, SNOWY FREEWAY, MASSIVE INDUSTRIAL FIRE ; DX WS Capitol bldg barely visible thru snow or fog, lots of snow on ground, some traffic and peds go by in FG;HS WS snowy freeway, only a few cars on freeway; WS Capitol bldg literally hidden by snowfall...but I recognize those street lamps; Same freeway. Followed by shot we can't use, has a bug in the corner; This must be the industrial fire we have the begining of on 80992-huge flames and icky black plume of smoke ; P-In fire next to rows of tanks or drums, chemical plant or refinery fire; P-In boat heading towards fire...Smoke rising from other parts of chemical plant. Small fireboats or coast guard ; P-In helicopter hovering close to fire, another helicopter swings by, base of fire clear to water's edge, massive fire ; Closer shots of refinery grounds, fire engines stopped nowhere near the rising smoke. WS fire, birds fleeing in FG; P-Out huge black plume of smoke stretching off into sky;
