Description: INSTRUCTIONAL EXERCISE VIDEO, MEN DOING AEROBICS, VAR EXERCISES; ms two men begin (warm up exercise moving slow with arms and legs); cu both men doing aerobics (stepping/raising arms), ms two doing aerobics; ws two men doing aerobics (same routine as listed above), cu of mens legs as they do aerobics ; ws two men doing aerobic routine; ws two men doing aerobic routine (begin moving necks from side to side-part of the exercise); routine goes back to raising arms/moving feet; ms (abdominal workout-one guy is sitting on floor/the other guy is behind coaching and speaking to camera ;ms men sitting on floor begins exercising (goes very slow with little movement)/other man coaches him; ms man on floor (doing exercise-with back on floor-still does little movement); cu mans stomach (doing sit ups), ms man doing sit ups (other man still instructing him); cu man upper body (doing sit ups), ms instructor coaching man as he does sit ups; ms man does sit ups (puts only one arm behind his head-other arm is on the floor), cu stomach muscles; ms man doing sit ups/other man coaches/instructs; ms man changes style of doing sit ups-brings his knees toward his chest, cu man stomach/butt (exercising); ms man doing stomach exercises other man/guy instructs him, man changes style of sit up; man does sit ups with one are placed in the air, ms both men doing cool down exercises (kind of like yoga) ;
