I’d be a monster. (talks) Because I’d have a superpower and I want to be a blob. (talks) Because people would absorb into me and I think that’s kind of cool. |

Well uh that’s a slam dunk question. I’m gonna go with alien, I mean come on. Monsters, who cares? Alien, you can have alien technology, different ways of digesting your food. You probably get to spit acid. You don’t, you’re not bound by the human codes of morality. It’s so liberating being an alien, you should try it. |

I think Galaxar would be able to take down the citizens of Battlestar Galactica without a doubt. Um he would uh him versus Starbuck though, that would be a battle. Galaxar vs. Starbuck, that should be like a videogame. What do you think? We should make that happen. |

Rob – Well Reese is obvious. You cast the not-so-tall person to play the tallest person in the movie and she’s super talented and she won an Oscar so that was easy. And Arnett’s incredibly funny. We actually put his voice up against the picture of the character, we had a design first and we just listened to the voice and it fit perfectly. Conrad – B.O.B. was pretty easy as well we actually got to go and see a little bit of Knocked Up before it was released when it was still in the editing room and we just heard that laugh and heard that voice and he is really funny and that’s a perfect B.O.B. You know all these casting choices you know come really organically over a period of time you know so it’s just whoever fit best I mean Steven Colbert’s the president I think you can’t get any better. Rob – We didn’t think about that, we didn’t have to think about that. That was just, that’s what it was. |

Sound Bite: Rob Letterman and Conrad Vernon
Conrad –Rob – You do this first. Conrad – I have to do this first? Uh I think well I mean just because the aliens are uh the bad guys in this doesn’t mean I wouldn’t want to be an alien, then again I might want to be a monster. It depends on where my life trajectory is headed. If I’m going into outer space and it’s a nice ET type planet then maybe I want aliens but then maybe I want monsters to because then I have some sort of weird power and be able to scare the hell out of people I don’t know I think it’s hard for me to decide.(talks) Rob – Oh my God, I want to be an alien monster and that’s solve everything. |

B-Roll – Monsters vs. Aliens Premiere – Josh Hutcherson

01:14:14 854.73 |
Sound Bite: Little Boy
Hm well that would be kind of hard because monsters are cool because of the weird things that they can do but aliens are cool because they can do more things that monsters can do. But I’d rather be an alien. (talks) Um I would be like a blob type thing, but I would be strong and I would be able to shape shift into different things. Yeah. |

The strange thing is, I already have chosen. I am an alien. Uh no I think monsters, I think monsters have it. certainly the alien in this movie, the alien is um is a frightening soulless creature. The monsters are very endearing. I feel great affection for these monsters. They appear to be scary to begin with, but actually not so they have, actually I’m not even sure if they have hearts, you know what I mean. They have a good spirit. |
01:19:00 1140.73 |
Sound Bite: Hugh Laurie
Yeah me as the cockroach, it’s a natural fit. Um yeah when they were looking around, who are we gonna get to play a cockroach? Well obviously it has to be Hugh Laurie. Uh I’m one, I wanna make just cockroaches it’s true. |

B-Roll – Monsters vs. Aliens Premiere – Seth Rogen, Hugh Laurie

01:20:30 1230.73 |
Sound Bite: Kiefer Sutherland
I think in real life I would probably want to be an alien because I don’t know what they look like. Monsters just have that connotation and the connotation in the context of our film I would much rather be a monster. (talks) I would love to fly. Uh yeah I would love to fly. |

Um I got, my answer for that is clearly monster because mostly because of immigration policies in America. As a Canadian I know it’s hard. If you don’t have a green card, they ship your ass out of this place. (talks) um a cookie monster. {laughs} |
01:24:08 1448.73 |
Sound Bite: Seth Rogen
A brainless blue blob, well yeah I have 2 eyes. That’s really the only difference between me and the character so it was pretty easy for me to do. |

Oh it’d probably be a toss up between Creature from the Black Lagoon and Godzilla. And of course Barbarella. I have to say Barbarella. Even though it’s not really a monster movie. She’s just fantastic. |
01:33:06 1986.73 |
Sound Bite: Reese Witherspoon
He’s just amazing. His laugh kills me. When I see in the movie, I’m like oh yeah, and then when you see him in real life and he has that same laugh it’s just infectious it just makes you want to giggle. |
