Sound Bite: Daniel Craig Well I mean, we did a press conference in the Bahamas right at the beginning we would you know when you’re talking about the film when your filming it, its very different from when you finish it and you’ve got the finished product and you can sort of talk about it as a whole you know the timings sort of shooting in the dark when were filming and you go how’s it going to be and you kind of go well its going to be great and that’s what I want it to be you know.

Well what I said I think there would have been no point doing it unless we were going to do something different with it but that didn’t mean we were not going to make a Bond movie, I think it’s sort of people took that in there own way, I think that some people think we were making a Dogma movie with no lights and you know very few props, you know this is a hundred million dollar Bond movie. But I was very keen as we all were very keen to to make sure that the plot and the drama and specifically with Eva Green as Ves Berlin was seamlessly integrated into the whole movie and that you know I think we achieved it. |

Yes it’s changing, its going through change shall we say. Look when I took the role I knew it would be, it’s a life changing thing to do, I mean I’m putting myself out there in a way that I’d never done before although I’ve been working on big movies and I’ve been doing press junkets this certainly is sort of times ten. I knew that and of course I expected something’s to happen and the rest of it I’m taking on a day to day basis. (talks) Well you know we have to kind of come in the back entrances of hotels and when its you know like stuff like that and I mean you know the moment everything is very amp’d up and there’s a lot of interest. I think once the movie is sort of out things will die down a bit and I will be able to, things will be a little bit more quieter but at least I hope they will. |

Yeah no I’ve been doing, I’ve done a lot of stage but actually I mean the joke of it is that I trained for three years and I came straight out and did a movie so things are you know, things are, people sort of have this image of me that I had something on the stage since I was very young and its not really true but I’ve done a lot of theatre yes. |

Look again those sort of things is like when I was deciding whether to do the film there’s a pro and con list of course on the cons the idea of being type cast but actually there’s worse things to be type cast in so I, I’m you know I’m still reading scripts and I’m still working, I’m doing something at the moments so I’m going to continue doing that. |
