VICTOR IS A FEMME VAMPIRE WHO IS FORCED TO STEAL A HEARING AID THAT DOUBLES AS AN ATOMIC BOMB. A MAD SCIENTIST HAS KIDNAPPED A FELLOW BLOODSUCKER AND WON'T RELEASE HER UNLESS VICTOR COMES UP WITH THE GOODS. THE SCIENTIST USES LAUGHING GAS TO GET THE BOMB, BUT IT EXPLODES & HE IS CAUGHT RED-HANDED.
