Jen – I just like that Valentine’s Day is a day you tell people you love em’. Whether it’s your next door neighbor or your kids it’s a good reason to take somebody flowers or just to say Happy Valentine’s Day to the person checking you out at the grocery store. (talks) Ashton – I go back to the deep history of Saint Valentine. Uh no. For me, you know I actually think guys have a totally different perspective on Valentine’s Day, like it could exist, it could not exist, we’re happy if we have someone, we’re happy if we don’t because then we just get a day off. So I think that guys sort of look at Valentine’s Day with a completely different lens. Uhm when you’re in a relationship sometimes there’s a level of expectation that gets put on like what are you going to do and how it’s going to turn out. So I think that that’s like a little bit of a pressure cooker for guys sometimes but uh but we’re doing a thing this year actually around this movie where on you tube we’re having people post uh their best Valentine’s Day gift and their worst Valentine’s Day gift. They’re going to tag it with V-Day Gift and we’re going to compile them together and have a list of the top 100 Valentine’s Day gifts and the worst 100 so guys can go and really get a back drop for like what they should be doing. |
