Man about 50 talks into several mics at a press conference. Cameras can be heard flashing. He introduces several people who will speak at the press conference. He claims there was a press report that sent a message to the Hasidic community of Crown Heights to lay off the Mayor (Dinkins) - he states the statement is a misrepresentation of the statement, but rather it's addressed to the entire City, the Mayor, his administration, African American community and the City as a whole. Three or four other speakers from thje American Jewish Congress address the media at this press conference.
