Uh well uh definitely terrorism and I think there’s a lot of white collar crimes going on so I think it’s going to be so much of the bad guys that we’re used to seeing but a lot of those uh those you know heads of Washington Mutual and the heads of Enron, I think it’s gonna be a it’s gonna probably be a lot darker than what we’re normally used to because the stuff that people are doing right now is more horrible.

Okay well over the years I’ve not followed it that closely. I mean we did a comic book, a graphic novel, and we’ve been really happy with the success of that and you know it has such a convoluted path that I couldn’t keep track of it. when I heard Zack was making the movie I introduced myself to him and immediately thought this is the guy to do it and I think he was exactly the guy to do it you know I mean a lot of timing and luck and serendipity with Watchmen and I think the fact that I’m standing here tonight about to see this movie is another example of that.

I think that just Dave would be a great name for a superhero, it’s like Hancock isn’t it, but oh no you’ve really stumped me. If I was going to be one of the Watchmen I would be Nite Owl because I think I’d be the guy in the base with the cool gadgets. That’s the kind of hero I’d want to be.

And it would, the waves of the energy from the Pec Flex would just ball people over. {laughs} I don’t, yeah, and they would laugh, they would laugh like that and it would render them powerless. Um it’s really incredible it’s just as well as the stars and the moon and the sun had to align perfectly for this movie to be what it was um if you know to for it to end up at Warner Brothers, for Zack Snyder to get a hold of it and for 300 to do as well as it did for him to have the leverage to do what he did with the movie. All those moving parts had to happen. Just kind of like you know in the trailer, the clock moving parts, all those things had to happen so this movie could be what it could be.

Oh my, um how bout Rational Man, you know bring something from there into instead of something physical. I think that’d be a nice little twist. (talks) I’d be like uh oh geez, how bout uh Understand This, as Rational Man. I think that’d be a huge hit honestly. I should talk about making that into the next movie, maybe they’ll add him to Watchmen 2. It would be huge. Understand This! I’m Rational Man, Understand This! That’s pretty intense, I’m not gonna lie. Then he flexes. I don’t know why.

Man I’m just here celebrating um it’s a rush, I’m just uh I’m just freaking out at the media blitz, but it’s super exciting and to be a part of a flick this, I saw it 3 weeks ago, I was absolutely blown away by it at the exacted it’s just a wonderful job with it. I mean this whole experience has actually brought me into the comic book world. I love them. I knew nothing about comic books prior to this and now I’m reading them.

Wow well, if they were here now, that’s the thing, it’s kind of more allegory. This would never work in this real world but it certainly would be fun to send Dr. Manhattan into congress and get these guys to enact some laws that hold them truly accountable, that would rock.
