CAN SEE NEW PILLARS ON OPPOSITE SIDE OF BRIDGE (POSSIBLY FOR A NEW BRIDGE). PAN LEFT TO LOCOMOTIVE OF TRAIN. ZOOM OUT TO WS OF TRAIN ON BRIDGE.
