Explosive Device at NYPD Precinct 61 (Brooklyn) - Sept. 26, 1992

The Jaws of Life (otherwise known as a Hurst Hydraulic Tool) are used by several rescue workers to extricate a victim from a badly smashed up car, literally resting on its side along FDR Drive. Police and rescue workers attempt to climb into vehicle. The victim is seen pinned inside the vehicle, rescue workers use velcro neck brace to stabilize him inside the car. Graphic shots.
