Sudan Hunger Crisis - African refugees seek help at an IRC Clinic (International Rescue Committee). A camera follows the IRC workers and doctors around the clinic as they tend to the extremely malnourished babies and children. Graphic shots of sick and malnourished children.

He talks about coping by keeping focused and thinking about what they can do and how they can get around what they can't do. He states he is busy thinking about how they can identify the people who have very marginal nutrition before they end up there and states it's very easy to keep his mind fully occupied and busy. He talks about a heartbreaking case in Thailand where he he cared for a lady for 6 weeks ,then later found out she relapsed and died - he still thinks about her.
