African men carefully place a dead body wrapped tightly in a white cloth into a ditch. Other men solemnly place a large white cloth or tarp over the grave. Several men draped in various cloths and scarves, hold walking sticks, and look on in prayer.

In ceremony, one of the onlookers holds a cross, reaches down into the grave, takes some dirt and passes it to the man next to him. They pass the dirt amongst themselves. Z'in on the cross in his hand.
