We’re here uh on the red carpet at Disneyland for the premiere of Pirates the Caribbean dead (talks) we are on the red carpet for Pirates the Caribbean: At Worlds End uh here at Disneyland Park in Anaheim uh there’s a lot of stars here, Terry Hatcher just walked by its just kind of sheer pandemonium and this is even without Johnny Depp or Orlando Bloom uh showing up yet, they still have sometime before they show up. Now uh tickets for this event cost 1500 dollars and uh its its they raised over three million dollars, its like the first time they’ve actually had a benefit premiere at the Pirates thing and its going to make a wish foundation which is uh a charity that Johnny Depp selected himself, he’s very big to uh, he like to help uh make a wish foundation. Now this is a humungous movie, its uh in a summer of sequels and their expecting great big things about this. Now what’s interesting about this is this movie a lot of the first movie and the second movie were shot in the Caribbean, a lot of this movie was actually shot in southern California off the coast of Redondo Beach and parts of it was also shot in a a hanger in Palmdale California.

When we were doing Ed Wood a little girl came on the set her wish was to meet Johnny Depp, she spent the whole day with her family on set, when we wrapped Johnny went to her house and spent a week with her and her family, living with them. That’s the kind of guy Johnny is, this is his favorite charity.

The best part of playing a pirate I say is you get to do dress up, you get to slash a lot of people with swords and you get to choose scenery. Its perfect an actors dream you know. Nothing subtle about being a pirate.

I think awesome, great idea because there’s a lot of fans that are willing to pay the money, get the opportunity to do it so if we can raise money for the kids, those kids are the most amazing courageous, I don’t have half the fortitude doing what I do that they just have waking up going through life so I mean I love the make a wish, it’s a great, great organization.

Its unbelievable, the fans made us what we are with this movie franchise, I mean I don’t think the studio or even the Hollywood community kind of believed in a pirate movie circa 2003 and so now you know we have the chance to really pay them back with this third movie in the epic scale of it and kind of tying up the storyline I mean this one is off the hook crazy.
