She talks about how she and her entire family has been wearing OshKosh since she was a baby. The clothes were passed down from her brothers to herself. She states likes the brand for the color, the nice shop with balloons for children, good quality, simple and inexpensive clothing including clothes for adults.

An unseen interviewer interviews a female (French) store manager who speaks English. She comments about how her two children who are now 18 and 20 but were wearing Oshkosh as children. She feels its popular among Europeans because it is American, can be worn as a child and adult, and can be worn all the time - there's no fashion season. She states the customers know the brand and that it is sold because it is comfortable and work wear that can be worn everywhere, not for status.
