Sound Bite: Jennifer Aniston & Owen Wilson – which did you get attached to?
Jennifer Aniston – Clyde, I mean all of them
Owen Wilson – Tank was the puppy that I bonded with uh he was like he had a great heart but them Clyde was like the main hero dog playing Marley. And you couldn’t help but feel a little competitive cause like I mean this like son of a gun could act. He nailed this stuff.
Jennifer Aniston – Take one.
Owen Wilson – I need to step my game up is this guy.
Jennifer Aniston – And then if we didn’t show up in the take that Clyde showed up in it was all about the dog.
Owen Wilson – It was all about Clyde. Yeah it was like cut and moving on. It was like.
Jennifer Aniston – I got it.
Owen Wilson – Hey Clyde was great.

Sound Bite: Jennifer Aniston & Owen Wilson – fun set with the dog
Owen Wilson – I feel like we had more wrap parties on this movie. It was like first week wrap party.
Jennifer Aniston – Let’s celebrate. One month down party.
Owen Wilson – Yes come on. And being in Miami is kind of a.
Jennifer Aniston – Our summers started in March. Didn’t it feel that way?
Owen Wilson – Yeah it really did.
Jennifer Aniston – It was.
Owen Wilson – And then we got our winter in June. And then in Ireland and we got another wrap party.
Jennifer Aniston – Another wrap party there.
Owen Wilson – Amsterdam.
Jennifer Aniston – I had my first Guinness, oh and then there was Amsterdam. Now trust me we have another party coming up soon.
Owen Wilson – There’ll be another one.
Jennifer Aniston – No it’s unfortunate.
Owen Wilson – Oil and water.

Sound Bite: Jennifer Aniston & Owen Wilson – you knew eachother
Jennifer Aniston - No
Owen Wilson – No we really didn’t like I had like so many friends work with Jen but I like I just kind of like said hello a few times
Jennifer Aniston – In passing. Through out the years.
Owen Wilson – Exactly. And uh, ships passing, so then when I kind of showed up on set um I was kind of, you’re always kind of nervous am I going to get along with the person and then Jen walks in and then it’s like ok, there’s my Costello. (laughs)

Sound Bite: Jennifer Aniston & Owen Wilson – movie was fresh
Jennifer Aniston – Oh are you kidding? It’s so simple. It wasn’t like a high concept sort of movie it was just a true story of a of this marriage of these two people over 15 years of their life with this dog and their you know things with their careers and their hopes and your dreams that are ahead of you.
Owen Wilson – Its life.
(talking)
Jennifer Aniston – I know.
Owen Wilson – She has to like kind of get me going again with that skinny dipping scene.
Jennifer Aniston – I mean you gotta kind of pull it out of somewhere. Shut you up.
Owen Wilson – Try to kind of like come on yeah. Catch your snap. You got this going for you you got this little saucy little temptress standing in front of you come on.
Jennifer Aniston – It buys you ten more years. One more decade.
Owen Wilson – Kept me going.

Sound Bite: Jennifer Aniston & Owen Wilson – movie finished?
Jennifer Aniston – Not completely finished, no actually. No. (talking) Do you lose dialogue.
Owen Wilson – You have like what happened when I saw with my uncle when he was complaining about his allergies afterwards and trying to deny that he had been sobbing uh yeah it does seem to kind of like it hits people and I think that sort of you know hopefully the appeal of the movie and certainly the book and it just kind of hits a nerve with people and it’s not just kind of the dog it’s sort of this portrait of this family.
Jennifer Aniston – No I am always like that that’s how I end interviews.
