THE OLYMPIA BRASS BAND IS SEEM PARADING. ALSO SEEN, ARE VARIOUS ASPECTS OF PREPARING THE CITY FOR CANIVAL AND INCLUDES VIEWS ON CANAL ST, ST. CHARLES AVENUE AND DECATUR STREET.
